I work at the intersection of climate philanthropy, environmental storytelling and representation in the outdoors. Formerly a communications officer for the Nature, Climate and Energy team at UNDP and manager of Apple’s Environment, Policy & Social Initiatives environmental grants portfolio, I now produce media and event series at the intersection of climate and outdoors as well as consult on climate philanthropy full-time.
I founded the climate storytelling studio Where The Climate Things Are to build an inclusive climate movement in the outdoor community through stories, campaigns and events. Additionally, I co-host The Trail Ahead podcast - fostering interracial dialogue around equity, access and inclusion in the outdoor community - and have also produced several short documentaries highlighting folks at the forefront of climate action, including a series for the UN featuring Indigenous leaders and the award-winning film This Land.
Originally from Maine, I grew up in close proximity to nature, prompting a love of trail running, climbing and fly fishing that drives my climate advocacy work to this day. I believe we cannot take true climate action until *everyone* has a seat at the table, and it will require all of us to make and share that space, together.
